Sadly, statistics have shown, that simply waiting for law enforcement to respond is not a viable option. We focus first on creating a mindset that is focused on you and your loved ones surviving the incident.

- Define Active Shooter and Active Killer situations.
- History of violent incidents in public settings with a debrief on lessons learned.
- Developing a "Survival Mindset"
- The “Flee, Fortify, Fight” method of survival.
- How to create a “safe room” during a traumatic event.
- How to use distraction and disruption to turn the tide on attackers.
- Video demonstrations on “Fight Back” method and how it effects the attackers ability to process sensory inputs.
