Concerned about your family or organization's Security?

Our Staff and Services:

Our staff has over 25 years of experience  in threat analysis and physical security methods.  Our expertise is in security operations, physical structure audits, security recommendations, policy/procedure (if applicable), penetration testing and training plans.  We can assist you in planing the security for your events such as weddings, concerts, fundraisers and large gatherings.  Our security specialist have received training at the local, state and federal law enforcement levels as well as from private entities in threat analyst, physical security and entry tactics.  We use this information to create the safest environment possible for you and the persons for whom you are responsible.  We recruit property crimes investigators to provide insight into modern tactics activities.  We seek out SWAT officers, whom are the most knowledgeable people in the world with regards to overt and covert entry methods.  We employ analyst with backgrounds in tech and computer networking, who can manipulate  electronically controlled physical access points.  Our security specialist have done hundreds of security tasks for families, government offices, businesses, learning institutions, industrial/oilfield, libraries, religious organizations, homes, multi-family apartment/condominium structures, individual persons and more.

Consultation and Threat Evaluation:

Our trained staff will sit down with you to discuss your general day to day activities and operations.  We will review security systems currently in place as well as current policies and procedures (if applicable) with regards to safety and security.  We will identify external influences to your safety, such as, geographical location in relation to high crime areas and identify if your day to day activities or business exposes you to persons with a high propensity of criminal activity.  We will discuss with you if the general nature of your business, lifestyle or economic stature increases the likelihood of you being the target of an active threat.  Based on this information, our analysis will input the information into our security algorithm which uses a standardized system of known values to rate your vulnerability.  This threat analysis is provided at NO COST and without obligations.  For event planning, this is an invaluable tool.

Physical Security Audit:

With a skilled team of analysis experts, we will go through a series of examinations of parking areas, building access ports, passageways, lobbies, storage areas and rooms to get a full overview of the building or series of buildings.  We examine such factors such as construction materials, existing security devices, lighting, landscaping, security personnel and numerous other factors.  We take a serious look at all possibilities of breach in many different situations and compile all of this information into a portfolio specific to you and your organization.  This profile includes a detailed report and photographs of each security deficiency and the recommended correction.  We identify security deficiencies and then prioritize them into a scale from "Need" to "Want", so that you can get the budget accordingly for your security upgrades.

Security Policy and Procedure Review:

We have reviewed, revised and written policy and procedures for different organizations from government entities to learning institutions.  We will set up the guidelines and regulations for day to day operations for not only security personnel (if present) to staff and administration.  We will write your policy and procedure if none yet exist.  If you already have written policy, we will review and edit as needed to meet current standards.  We not only write security policies, but also policies for natural disasters, medical emergencies, gas leaks, explosive devices and more.   We believe that having the best equipment available is meaningless, if staff do not have direction in security protocol.

Penetration Testing:

Penetration testing is the manner in which we use to evaluate security systems, both physical systems and procedures.  In simplest terms, we try to exploit weaknesses in security to gain entry to restricted areas of your facility.  During this testing, the only person that will be aware of the evaluation is the point of contact with the facility that you designate.  During the testing, we will not use our credentials as your security analysis to access these areas.  We will use the same covert techniques that perpetrators will use access your home or business.  The penetration test can be run prior to a security audit to evaluate real world vulnerabilities, as well as after the security systems have been audited and upgraded.  This serves to validate that the changes made in security systems, would prevent unauthorized entries.

Training Plans:

Once these examinations are finished, our experienced analysts and in house instructors will thoroughly review the results with you and your team and determine the next course of action. The results of these exams are geared to allow us to build a set of courses around your staff and better prepare them for these potential threats.  From Reaction to Active Shooter in the Workplace to Trauma and Mass Bleeding Control, we have training to fit your needs.  We have custom designed our Conceal Carry Certification Course and Self Defense classes in such a manner that we can conduct them at your place of business.  We use cutting edge firearm simulators that shoot, react, and recoil like real firearms, but fire non-lethal marking cartridges.  This allows us to conduct firearms training within your home or place of business with no damage to your facility.  These firearms simulators still meet the standards set forth by the state for the Conceal Carry Certification Course.  We are the only training group in the Acadiana region utilizing the technology in this manner.  We will custom tailor a training plan to fit your needs.

Staff Analysis:

During the building security evaluation, our data analyst will interview your staff and security team (if you have one), to better understand their current knowledge of dangerous situations and what to do in the event of an active threat. This will allow the P.T.G team to better build an entire portfolio to be reviewed with you and your team. This portfolio is designed to put your entire organization, both physical structures and staff, into perspective in terms of your threat level for potential threats.

Pricing:

Pricing is based on an hourly rate of how long the audit will take to complete.  All of the services offered during our security audits are "a la carte". This allows our customers to help control the cost associated with their audits.  We strive to keep our services affordable to every business organization or family, large or small.  As you add more services or training to your audit, we will reduce the overall rate.

A 2015 report by the FBI estimated that the average loss during a residential burglary was upwards of $2,500.  Our residential audit pricing starts below $1,000.  The same FBI report found that the average business burglary cost the owner more than $8,000.  Our business/organization audit pricing starts below $1,500.  Pricing for event security planning varies based on the size of the event.  Average price for event planning is $450.  We will always provide a written pricing contract prior to services being rendered.  Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.  Through a one time investment, which in many cases can be tax deductible, we can prevent future losses.
